Shipping Policy

At Domenico Zanardi, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time.
All standard orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of placement. The standard delivery timeline is 10–15 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. A tracking ID will be shared with you via email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that deliveries to containment or remote zones may take longer than usual.
Order processing begins after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as lockdowns, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.

Domenico Zanardi shall not be held responsible for any such delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Non-Delivery

Suppose a non-delivery occurs due to an error on the part of the customer (e.g., incorrect address or contact details). In that case, any additional charges for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Authentic Information

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information while placing their orders to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
Domenico Zanardi reserves the right to verify the information provided by the customer at any point.

Suppose any details are found to be incorrect or misleading (in whole or in part). In that case, Domenico Zanardi reserves the right to cancel the registration or order and deny access to website services.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of placement.

Cancellations requested after this window cannot be accepted as processing begins shortly after order confirmation.

Upon cancellation, no cash refund will be issued. Instead, a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount will be added to your account, which can be used for future purchases within the validity period of the store credit.
