Return Policy
At Domenico Zanardi, we value your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 4 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at info@domenicozanardi.com with your order details, and our team will assist you promptly. We will arrange for the reverse pickup once your request is approved.
Please note:
- Returns are not applicable on customised products.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags, dust bag, and original packaging intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- After inspection, if the return is approved, a store credit will be issued against the returned item.
- Domenico Zanardi reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions.
Damage & Repair
Every product undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping, including examination of leather, zippers, straps, and interiors to ensure no item leaves our facility damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or defective during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. We will arrange for a reverse pickup, and upon receiving the item (with tag, dust bag, and box), our team will assess the product for an exchange or refund.
Please note:
- It may take 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Avoid using blades or sharp objects to open the package. Damages caused during unboxing are not eligible for return or refund.
Leather Disclaimer
Our premium leather products are crafted with unique textures, distressed finishes, and washed interiors — these are intentional design elements, not defects.
Slight color variations, natural marks, and scratches are characteristics of genuine leather and should not be considered as flaws.
Color differences due to display settings do not qualify for return or replacement.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return request and place a new order for your preferred product.
Direct exchanges are not available at this time.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Upon approval of your return, a store credit will be issued, valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Please note: Store credit will not be provided for items that are used, damaged, or reported after 4 days of delivery.
