Return Policy
At Domenico Zanardi, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@domenicozanardi.com with your order details. Our team will respond promptly and arrange a reverse pickup once the request is approved.
Please note:
- Returns are not accepted for customised products.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, with tags, dust bag, and original packaging intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- After inspection, if your return is approved, a store credit will be issued against the returned order.
- Domenico Zanardi reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Damage & Repair
Each product undergoes a detailed quality check before shipment to ensure there are no defects in leather, zippers, straps, or interiors.
If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We will arrange a reverse pickup, and upon receiving the returned item (including the tag, dust bag, and box), our team will inspect it for an exchange or refund.
Please note:
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
- Do not use blades or sharp tools to open your package, and avoid intentionally damaging the item to request a refund or return.
Leather Disclaimer:
Our leather products feature natural variations, including minor marks, textures, or color differences, which are inherent to genuine leather and not considered defects.
Vintage distressing, washed interiors, and antique hardware are deliberate design elements, carefully inspected before dispatch.
Color variation due to display differences cannot be grounds for return or rejection.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred one.
Direct exchanges are not available at this time.
Refund Policy
We do not provide cash refunds. Once a return is approved, a store credit will be issued, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Please note:
Store credit will not be issued for items that are used, damaged, or reported after 7 days of delivery.
