PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, RuPay, Maestro) and net banking. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.

My payment failed but was debited — what should I do?

Please retry the payment ensuring your details are correct. If the amount was debited, refunds are processed once we receive confirmation from the bank (usually within 7–10 days). For any technical issues, email info@domenicozanardi.com and our support team will assist.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location. A tracking ID will be emailed once your order ships. Deliveries to remote or restricted areas may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all standard orders.

What if I entered an incorrect address?

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details provided by you, any additional re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid delays.
